Hello there! I’m “fromthealdergrove”, a passionate outdoors enthusiast hailing from central Alabama, where I currently work as an engineer during the day. My true calling, however, lies in my deep connection with nature, which I explore through activities like hiking, camping, and immersing myself in the great outdoors.

In addition to my outdoor adventures, I’ve cultivated a profound interest in delving into the culinary traditions of the past.
