Method
- Individually grind the Chives, Shallots, Onion, Garlic, and Green Peppercorns. I ground each for about 5 pulses so that they were "ground" but not all the way to powder form.3 tbsp Chives - Freeze Dried, 3 tbsp Shallots - Freeze Dried, 2 tbsp Salt, 2 tbsp Onion - Minced - Dried, 1.5 tbsp Garlic - Minced - Freeze Dried, 1 tbsp Green Peppercorns - Ground
- Mix together all ingredients. I used the spice grinder to give them all a blend together. Pulse 3 times.
- Store in an airtight spice bottle or jar.
