- Cook together ½ cup of vinegar, a cup of water, ¼ cup of chopped onion, 3 cloves minced garlic, a tablespoon of minced rosemary, ¼ cup of minced mint leaves, ½ cup of oil or butter, and a teaspoon of salt.
- Simmer 10 minutes, strain, and use.
