However, this is an opportune moment to pick up a book and explore timeless works of literature. I’d like to offer five captivating books by F. Scott Fitzgerald, an iconic author known for his poignant storytelling and vivid portrayal of the Jazz Age.

Fitzgerald’s Connection to Montgomery, Alabama: It’s worth noting that F. Scott Fitzgerald has a special connection to Montgomery, Alabama. Fitzgerald’s wife, Zelda Sayre, was a Montgomery native, and their courtship and early married life were influenced by the city’s social landscape. This connection adds a fascinating layer of context to Fitzgerald’s works, making them even more resonant for those familiar with the local history and atmosphere.

The following works of fiction will transport you to a bygone era, filled with glamour, romance, and profound introspection, providing a delightful escape during the movie stars’ strike. How many can you read before the strike is over and streaming production picks back up?
