Video: Nacho Cornbread

Last night I thought I would try making some cornbread a little different from the usual way I have in the past. This video shows what you can do with some nacho cheese dip and a box of muffin mix! This turned out great and would be awesome with some chili if it wasn’t 98F/36C with 80% humidity outside right now.

Quick and easy! 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix, 2 eggs, and 1/2 jar of nacho cheese dip. Mix well, add to a greased 8″x8″ baking dish or 8″ skillet. Bake at 400F/204C for 20 minutes.

The kids will love this one! Plus what better use for the leftover nacho cheese dip when you’ve run out of chips!

Enjoy! Let me know if you make it and what you think! Mine turned out very fluffy and moist. If you are a fan of sweet cornbread then you will love this one!
