Whole-Wheat Baking Mix

Versatile baking mix.
Servings: 15 cups
Course: Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 9 cups whole-wheat flour
  • 2 cups powdered milk
  • ½ cup soy flour (optional)
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 5 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 cups butter

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together well.
  2. Cut in butter.
  3. Refrigerate until use.
