- 9 cups whole-wheat flour
- 2 cups powdered milk
- ½ cup soy flour (optional)
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 5 tbsp baking powder
- 2 cups butter
In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together well.
Cut in butter.
Refrigerate until use.
