Terrarium: The old fence line

This was just a quick build. I needed a place to move two plants. They came from an old terrarium that wasn’t doing well that I made back in 2014. The plants are creeping fig and strawberry begonia. The parent plants were purchased from the Biltmore Estate NC nursery in 2014.

Due to our area being in a drought the moss in the foreground is looking sad. After a few weeks with plenty of humidity it should perk back to life.

Quick terrarium build.

The jar was found at a local store for $3. It’s original purpose was for storing ground coffee until I realized it wasn’t air tight. I painted the red lid a hammered black and this is the result.
