Whole-Wheat Biscuits

Method
- Combine the mix and liquid, stirring until just blended.
- Form a ball and knead lightly 10 times.
- Shape the dough into a log about 2 inches in diameter, and cut 12 equal slices,
- Place on un-greased baking sheets, patting the slices into even, round shapes.
- Bake at 425 °F for 10 to 12 minutes.
- These do not brown because there is no sweetener in the recipe.
- Yield: 12 biscuits.
