
Occasionally I’ll be posting some recipes I grew up with in the 1980’s. I’ve been looking through Mom’s old recipe box and thought I’d share another recipe. Just thinking about them brings back memories of Saturday evening suppertime. Enjoy!
Ingredients
Method
- Brown together onions, bell pepper, celery and ground beef. Drain.
- Add together with all other ingredients.
- Put into a casserole dish or baking pan. Cook covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
- When done, sprinkle top with grated cheese. Continue cooking uncovered until cheese melts.
