Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs - large
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups white Karo syrup
  • 2 cups pecans
  • ¾ stick creamery butter

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in an iron skillet until light brown, add sugar, add eggs, one at a time, beating separately, add Karo, and pecans and pour on an unbaked crust and bake in a moderate oven about 375 °F about 30 to 35 minutes until brown and firm.
