Method
- Spread sliced apples in a 1½ quart baking dish. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and lemon juice.
- Pour honey over all.
- Mix flour, brown sugar, and salt in a bowl and work in butter as for biscuits, making a crumb mixture.
- Spread flour mixture over apples.
- Bake at 375 °F degrees about 40 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the crust is crisply brown. Serves 6-8
